Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT)
Our Hostile Environment Awareness Training (HEAT) course prepares individuals and companies for travel or work in high-risk environments. In addition to kidnapping, terrorism, civil unrest, and natural disasters, the curriculum provides an in-depth understanding of these threats and challenges. Survival skills, such as navigation, first aid, and communication, are taught to participants. To effectively deal with these environments, mental resilience and cultural sensitivity are also stressed. Throughout the course, students engage in hands-on simulations and practical exercises that provide real-world examples of potential situations and teach effective strategies for responding to them.
